Basic Studio Cleaning Package – Monthly

Important Notes:

• The package includes: unlimited cleaning of the unit; replacement of bed linens (if provided, including laundering); bathroom sanitization (including toilet seat sanitization seal); air freshening; and the provision of bathroom and room tissues.

• The service does not include cleaning the unit during the stay; however, guests may request cleaning services at a discounted rate when needed.

• The monthly package applies to a single residential unit only; it may not be used, transferred, or shared across multiple residential units, apartments, or locations during the subscription period. Additionally, the customer is not entitled to book or request the service more than once per day under the same package.
